2025 RISE Exhibition

"Rise" refers to moving upward, increasing height, level, or quantity, or becoming more prominent or successful. It is used in various contexts, from physical movement to abstract concepts like growth, improvement, or awakening. It’s a versatile term that conveys movement, development, and progress across physical, emotional, and metaphorical dimensions. Common synonyms include ascend, climb, increase, advance, grow, emerge, and rebel.

This juried exhibition was held at the Sabine Street Studios and was juried by Fran Ellisor.

Ms. Ellisor has worked as a professional fine artist for over twenty years. She has been a featured artist in American Art Collector and has been included in articles in Southwest Art and Western Art Collector. Her paintings have been included in the National Arts Club, Tweed Museum, and San Angelo Museum of Fine Art shows. She has won numerous awards in national shows, including the American Impressionist Society and Salon International. She has taken part in multiple Plein Air events and is a past recipient of Best of Show at Plein Air Southwest. Her paintings are included in private and corporate collections around the world.
